In 1993 Heart of the Continent was a 3 day event including many games and activities for all ages. The highlight of the event was the Prairie Dog Central train trip from Charleswood to Headingley. Both Sunday trips were sold out.

185-2 The train was carrying a gold bullion shipment. The women were out in their finest Sunday best and waiting to welcome the many guests to an event.

185-3 The train was steaming into Headingley when they were stopped by the Jesse James gang. The gold was soon taken off the train much to the surprise of the passengers.

185-4 The passengers left the train while the Mounties went to work to get their men.

185-5 The robbers caught, tried and sentenced to the dunking tank.
